Monsoon Accessorize is a design-led retailer operating two highly successful chains - Monsoon Accessorize. Monsoon Accessorize'sobjective is to provide its customers with an experience that is distinctively different, in terms of both product offering and levels of customer service.

CC's relationship with Monsoon Accessorize was established over 4 years ago, when CC developed a communication strategy which led to the implementation of a new telephony and contact centre platform in its head office. The strategy has evolved over the years and the partnership with Monsoon Accessorize has strengthened in that time.

CC implemented a private IP VPN solution to Monsoon Accessorize's 350 stores. The main benefit being realised by the shops is a significantly shortened credit card transaction time resulting in an improved customer experience at the till.

Monsoon Accessorize has also outsourced the management of carriers for all voice-related services to CC, in order to reduce costs and increase the effectiveness of supplier management.
